Preserving affordable housing in the Park Avenue neighborhood
Spark Capital invests in neighborhoods again!
Last month, Spark Capital invested funds to help inCOMMON acquire this 5-unit complex in the Park Avenue neighborhood, preserving affordability for neighbors. The property, located at 1612 S. 32nd Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105, is a residential multi-family property consisting of a 2-story building with a finished basement.
The building has four 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units and one 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit, and the units average approximately 906 square feet. The property was built in 1952 and is located in the historic Hanscom Place subdivision. The property is a very well-maintained, small multifamily all-brick building. The building is half a block from a bus stop and across the street from beautiful Hanscom park.
Spark Capital is proud to work with inCOMMON on this project to preserve affordability in the Park Avenue neighborhood! And we are available and ready to partner with other community developers to increase affordable housing in our community.
