Spark hosted its first Spanish-Language Developer Academy in September with a full class of ten participants. In partnership with the National Development Council (NDC), our participants were able to experience two weeks of real estate development basics including learning the development process as a whole, calculating project costs, and meeting local industry leaders through daily panels.
This is Spark’s sixth cohort, but the first time the instruction has been solely in Spanish. It is even more special that our cohort was hosted during Hispanic Heritage Month! Special thanks to World Speaks for the daily contracted interpretation services.
